The 10,000 square foot Clubhouse complex, commanding uninterrupted views of Kamloops Lake and the golf course, is perfectly appointed for pre- and post-round relaxation. The restaurant, lounge and golf shop overlook the expansive stone patio and events lawn.
Celebrated Head Chef George Moutsos – whose impressive resume includes The Fairmont Mayakoba and the Fairmont Chateau Whistler – creates gastronomic delights that highlight fresh local ingredients. His menu ranges from healthy and hearty breakfast options to contemporary appetizers, to an array of patio fare, to a wide selection of west coast culinary dinner entrees.
Golfers will be able to order "to go" menu items right from their golf carts and pick-up their orders on their way to the 10th tee.
